Hina - Construction and Zoning Minister Branko Bačić on Tuesday awarded 23 funding decisions for projects aimed at developing municipal infrastructure in Bjelovar-Bilogora County, with a total value of €879,200.
The minister also signed a land transfer agreement for the construction of a multi-residential building in Grubišno Polje, as well as three agreements for housing support for young families in Garešnica, Kapela and Hercegovac.
"Today I signed an agreement with the mayor of Grubišno Polje, under which the town will provide land for the construction of a multi-residential building with 35 flats, valued at an estimated €4 million, and will exempt the project from paying municipal fees," Bačić explained at the agreement-signing ceremony.
