List of documents to be submitted by interested tenants:
- copy of an ID card
- copy of a marriage certificate or an extract from the Register of Life Partnerships
- statement by the tenant and their domestic partner or informal life partner on the existence of a consensual union or informal life partnership, given under criminal and material liability and notarised by a public notary
- certificate issued by the Tax Administration on the amount of income and receipts in the previous year for the tenant and their immediate family members
- statement by the tenant that they and their immediate family members do now own a residential property in the territory of the Republic of Croatia or abroad, or that they own inadequate residential property and have no other income apart from that stated in the certificate by the Tax Administration, given under criminal and material liability and notarised by a public notary, issued no more than 30 days prior to the date of the expression of interest
In order to acquire additional points or advantage, the following documents should be submitted:
- birth certificates for children immediate family members
- proof of dependent members of the tenant’s family
- proof of the tenant’s professional qualifications (certificate of completed schooling, electronic record of employment status, diploma)
- proof of regular schooling of the tenant’s children - school or higher education institution certificate
- decision issued by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) on the established degree of disability or bodily impairment, or the report and opinion of the competent authority on established developmental difficulties of the tenant’s child, certificate from the Register of Persons with Disabilities or the decision on the exercise of the right to receive inclusive allowance for the tenant and/or the tenant’s immediate family member
- certificate issued by the competent state administrative body on the status of a Croatian Homeland War veteran and/or volunteer, including the period of participation in the Homeland War for the tenant
- extract from the Register of Deaths for a deceased Croatian Homeland War veteran and/or volunteer as an immediate family member
- proof of receiving the guaranteed minimum benefit or the unemployment benefit for Croatian Homeland War veterans and members of their families
- certificate issued by the competent authority confirming that no criminal proceedings are pending against the tenant and their immediate family members, issued no more than 30 days prior to the application date
All documents should be delivered to APN as copies. If necessary, APN may request the tenant to deliver the originals.
