Affordable Housing Act under parliamentary discussionAt today’s first reading, Members of the Croatian Parliament discuss the Proposal of the Affordable Housing Act, presented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets Branko Bačić on behalf of the proponent. State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures rejects appeals over VjesnikToday the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures published the decisions to reject appeals made by JONING d.o.o. and V.D.M. PROMET d.o.o. over the selection of a contractor to develop project documentation and to demolish the Vjesnik high-rise. Minister Bačić: State plans to build and reconstruct 20,200 units by 2030Today, on the premises of the National and University Library in Zagreb, the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets presented the Affordable Housing Act, referred to the Government for the adoption procedure. The Act is an umbrella legislative framework developed based on the National Housing Policy Plan of the Republic of Croatia, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia in March last year with the aim of increasing the accessibility of apartments, ensuring sustainable housing and managing space for housing purposes. Minister Branko Bačić on regular working visit to SisakDeputy Prime Minister and Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets Branko Bačić spent the day in Sisak.
