Ministry drafting law on urgent reconstruction after earthquake(Hina) Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction and Physical Planning Predrag Štromar reported that more than 21 thousand applications have been submitted so far for the analysis of damage to facilities caused by the earthquake in Zagreb. He also reported that a bill was being prepared which would enable quicker, simpler and more efficient addressing of the housing issue of citizens in Zagreb and Krapina-Zagorje County whose homes were affected by the earthquake. 26.03.2020. | News | From media

Video: Building managers and tenants experience after the energy renovation of their residential buildings
Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning, as Intermediate body level 1, has published the Call for energy renovation of multi-apartment buildings in 2016 within the framework of Operative Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion. Total allocation for energy renovation of the residential building sector is € 100 million, and grants include resources from ESI funds, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to be precise.

Representatives of the Ministry at the World Urban Forum
Abu Dhabi hosted the Tenth World Urban Forum (WUF10) organized by UN-HABITAT from 8 to 13 February 2020, and this was also the first time that the World Urban Forum was hosted by a Middle East country. The World Urban Forum is a platform for international gathering and exchange of experiences and views on sustainable urbanisation and possible consequences for urban development in general.

An Overview of the Real Estate Market of the Republic of Croatia
Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning published the publication ‘An Overview of the Real Estate Market of the Republic of Croatia 2018ʽ. It is the second edition of the publication, which is published by the MCPP in cooperation with the Institute of Economics, Zagreb (EIZ). The first edition of An Overview of the Real Estate Market of the Republic of Croatia was published in September 2018. It covered the period from 2012 to 2017.
