46 housing contracts handed to young families in Vukovar and Ilok

Hina - Construction Minister Branko Bačić on Monday handed over 46 housing contracts to beneficiaries in Vukovar-Srijem County, including 40 in Vukovar and six in Ilok.

The contracts are intended for young families, with rents set at €0.36 per square metre. After five years, tenants will be able to purchase the apartments under favourable terms.

Ahead of the ceremony, Bačić met Vukovar Mayor Marijan Pavliček and Ilok Mayor Renata Banožić to discuss key development issues.

The ministry has also signed agreements for the construction of 150 new housing units in the county.
