Minister Paladina presented state property and investments at EXPO REAL

EXPO REAL is the largest international exhibition that every October gathers numerous exhibitors, potential investors and experts in the real estate market and investments in Munich.

The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets participated, in cooperation with Istria County and Brijuni Riviera d.o.o. company, at this year's fair, held from 4 to 6 October.

Within the framework of exhibition space, panels and conferences held at the fair, Croatian representatives have presented to international investors real estate and major investment projects and locations from the portfolio owned by the Republic of Croatia.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the fair was visited by Minister Ivan Paladina and State Secretary Sanja Bošnjak responsible for state assets together with associates.

The minister met with international investors and presented to them Croatia's development projects and investment potentials. On this occasion, the minister stressed that it is important for Croatia to have its representatives at such fairs and that one of the Ministry’s priorities is the establishment of a quality management system for state property and a system of state property command, along with the activation of state property with the aim of economic development.

“I am glad that this year Croatia has its representatives at EXPO REAL. Through numerous meetings, working meetings and in the exhibition space, we have presented to investors projects for investing in locations owned by the state and at the same time promoted our tourist destinations. Croatia has great investment potential that has been recognized by international investors it, and the Ministry is at their disposal for cooperation. Quality foreign investments can bring additional tourism and economic development to Croatia through the creation of new facilities, attracting new guests, employment, thereby positively influencing overall GDP growth", the minister said.

Within the framework of the fair, minister Paladina held a working meeting with Rolf Bösinger, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urbanism and Construction.

Apart from Croatian representatives, EXPO REAL 2022 gathered 1,198 exhibitors from 29 countries, along with 19,200 participants from 52 countries.
