Urban Agenda Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Public Procurement has published two key results forming part of the new
Action Plan 2025-2028 to encourage transformation in public procurement implementation across the EU, namely:
- Position Paper - focused on strengthening sustainability and innovation in EU rules on public procurement. It includes real life case studies and practical recommendations to encourage and direct the implementation,
- Survey - aimed to determine gaps in funding limiting strategic public procurement. The survey feedback will be the basis for future recommendations, workshops and targeted support measures. You can fill in the survey by October 31, 2025.
