Viewing of state-owned real estate for lease starting on Monday

From Monday, October 13, 2025, Državne nekretnine organise viewing of business premises and garages available for lease through the Z-8/25 tender in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka, Karlovac, Opatija, Vukovar and Stivan on Cres. The viewing schedule is determined by the Z-8/25 public call. No advance notice is needed.

The business premises and garages for lease in Zagreb are scheduled for viewing from Monday to Thursday starting from 9:30 a.m. On Monday, October 13, you can view the premises at Dragutina Rakovca 17, Jurja Križanića 15, Kneza Domagoja 10 and Ribnjak 2. On Tuesday, October 14, you can visit the space at Ilica 5 within Oktogon in Prolaz sestara Baković (the so-called Miškecov prolaz) and the space at the intersection of Gundulićeva 18 and Masarykova. On Wednesday, October 15, you can tour the premises at Ilica 35, Dežmanova 2, Ilica 73, Republike Austrije 29 and Vinogradska 5, while on Thursday, October 16, you can visit the garage at Gruška 6 in Savica, the business space at Savska cesta 85 and two business premises in Trešnjevka, at Cernička 2 and Ozaljska 49.

Additionally, on Monday, the first viewing day, you can visit the four business premises in Rijeka starting from 9:00 a.m. at: Milana Smokvine Tvrdog 4A, Trpimirova 3B and 5, which houses the largest space for lease included in this tender (230 square metres), Krešimirova 6A and Tizianova 36A.

The second day, on Tuesday, you can view the spaces in Osijek at Županijska 25 and Vijenac Kraljeve Sutjeske 2, as well as the business space in Stivan on Cres, in the proximity of the bell tower and the Church of St. John the Baptist, at approximately 100 metres above sea level. The business space encompasses 80 square metres on the ground floor and was previously used as a grocery store.

On Wednesday, October 15, viewings of two business premises in Split are organised; half an hour for the space at Sinjska 1 (starting from 10:00 a.m.) and half an hour for the space of approximately 100 square metres on the Split waterfront, located on the third floor at Obala hrvatskog preporoda 10 (starting from 11:00 a.m.).

On Thursday you can view the business space in Opatija at Vrutki 6, and on the last day, on Friday, October 17, you can view the spaces in Karlovac at Banjavčićeva 7 and Trg bana Petra Zrinskog 11, and the spacious business space in Vukovar at Nazorova 1.

All spaces are available for lease in their current conditions for a ten-year period. Legal persons including companies, sole proprietorships or independent professional activities who want to make an offer for leasing a business space or a garage, which is also available for lease to natural persons, can do so by October 24, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. The offers are submitted to Državne nekretnine d.o.o., Frana Vrbanića 50, 10000 Zagreb.
