Visit state-owned property, apartments and garages for lease or sale in 11 cities starting from Monday

From November 10 to 14, 2025, Državne nekretnine will organise visits and viewings of property owned by the Republic of Croatia listed in two open tenders for lease and sale. The tenders include business spaces, apartments and garages on the market in Zagreb, Rijeka, Varaždin, Osijek, Karlovac, Bjelovar, Petrinja, Novi Vinodolski, Supetar, Duga Resa and Lepoglava, and the viewing schedule is published in the public call for lease Z-9/25 and for sale K-4/25.

Viewing of property for lease starts on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 9 a.m., when entrepreneurs and citizens can view garages available for lease in Radauševa and Šeferova ulica in Zagreb, then in Rijeka, where you can visit a business space at the intersection of Podmurvica 1 and Zvonimirova 2 from 10:30 a.m. In Varaždin, you can view a business space of 179 square metres, located within the Drašković Palace at Varaždin Korzo, on Wednesday, November 12, for half an hour from 11:20 a.m.

Viewing of property for sale starts on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. with an apartment and a business space at Selska cesta 39 in Zagreb and from 1 p.m. with a business space of 197 m2 at Ružićeva 24 in Rijeka. The viewing continues on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. with two apartments at Gundulićeva 23B in Zagreb, and from 1 p.m. in Varaždin, where you can view three business spaces on sale at Kukuljevićeva 21. Five apartments available for sale at Josefa Jerusalema 1 in Duga Resa can be viewed on Thursday, November 13, from 12 a.m.

Viewing of property for lease ends on Friday, November 14, in Bjelovar in a business space of 50 square metres at Ivana Gundulića 10, and viewing of property for sale ends with two garages at Nodilova 3 and 5 in Zagreb, which can be viewed from 1:30 p.m. and from 2:15 p.m.

The tender for property for lease is open by Friday, November 21, 2025, by 12 a.m., and the tender for property for sale is open by Monday, December 1, 2025, by 12 a.m. For both tenders, the offers should be submitted by mail or in person to the address: Državne nekretnine d.o.o., Frana Vrbanića 50, 10 000 Zagreb.
