The Act is an umbrella legislative framework developed based on the National Housing Policy Plan of the Republic of Croatia, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia in March last year with the aim of increasing the accessibility of apartments, ensuring sustainable housing and managing space for housing purposes.
