More than 90% of allocation from ERDF reserved for energy renovation of buildings
Since 2015, the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning has announced five Calls for co-financing of energy renovation of public and residential buildings from European Structural and Investment Funds. Out of the total € 311 million available under the OPCC 2014-2020 are for energy renovation of public and residential buildings, by the signed Agreements under the last Call for energy renovation of public buildings a total of 90% of the allocation has been reserved.

Two energy renovation projects from Croatia showcased at REDay 2019
During the European Week of Cities and Regions 2019, REDday 2019 took place on October 8, 2019 in European Parliament, making it ninth in a row as part of the RENOVATE EUROPE campaign. Head of Sector for European union Projects, International and EU Affairs Ines Androić Brajčić participated at the event where two Croatian projects, among other, were showcased.

All Agreements are signed under the Call for Energy renovation of public sector buildings
Under the Call for energy renovation and use of RES in public sector buildings a total of 550 Agreements are signed with their value reaching over HRK 2,32 billion, while grants amount to over HRK 1,14 billion.

Subsidisation of housing loans for young people
Subsidisation of housing loans is an aid measure by which a part of the housing loan is subsidised to young people during the first five years of loan repayment. The measure has been implemented since 2017, that is, calls were carried out in 2017 and 2018, and young people can apply for subsidised housing loans, in addition to this year, also under calls that are planned in March and in September 2020.

PromoArh - Construction Trade Fair
PromoArh – 1. International Construction Trade Fair is the first specialised event of this kind that was held in Poreč from 18 to 21 September this year. International urban planning and arch. competition Europan 15
On 15 September 2019, at the premises of the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning, the first round of assessment of entries submitted for the Ždrijac settlement in Nin was held. The entries for the preparation of the conceptual urban planning and architectural design for the site of the Ždrijac settlement in Nin were received under the international urban planning and architectural competition announced by the Ministry in March 2019.

Applications for subsidised home loans start from September 10
(HINA) Construction and Physical Planning Minister Predrag Stromar said on Tuesday that a new round of applications would be invited on Wednesday for home loan subsidies for people aged under 45 who do not own a house or a flat and that it would be possible to submit applications from September 10, while two more rounds of applications would be invited in March and September 2020.

POS goes on, one thousand new apartments by 2021
Housing construction under the POS programme is a programme, recognised long ago, of housing provision to young families that obtain, for a price lower than the market price per square meter, security and quality construction of their home. To date, under the POS programme, more than eight thousand apartments have been built, with four billion kuna invested.
