Public consultation announcement for Proposal of the Spatial Plan of the Exclusive Economic Zone in the Adriatic Sea
The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets has announced public consultation for the Proposal of the Spatial Plan of the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Republic of Croatia in the Adriatic Sea and its Strategic Environmental Assessment Study, which will take place from September 1 to September 30, 2025.
During public consultation, the public will be able to review the Plan Proposal and the Study any working day September 1-30, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Ministry’s premises at Republike Austrije 14, Zagreb.

Public presentation will take place during public consultation according to the following schedule:
- September 12, 2025, in the conference hall of the University of Dubrovnik, Branitelja Dubrovnika 41, Dubrovnik, starting at 11 a.m.
- September 19, 2025, in the Center for Creative Industries, Put Murvice 3a, Zadar, starting at 11 a.m.
Opinions, suggestions and remarks about the Plan Proposal and the Study can be submitted during public consultation as follows:
- electronically to the address: upravazaprostorno-ppigp@mpgi.hr
- in written form to the address: Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, Republike Austrije 14, 10000 Zagreb
- orally for the record during the public presentation
Opinions, suggestions and remarks about the Plan Proposal should be submitted with reference to class: 350/01/23-01/142 and about the Study with reference to class: 350-02/24-03/1. All opinions, suggestions and remarks should be submitted in a clear and understandable format and they should include the first name, last name and address of the person submitting them. Opinions, suggestions and remarks which do not meet these requirements, or are not submitted during public consultation, will not be considered.
