Documentation – property owners

copy of an ID card if the owner is a natural person, or a copy of an ID card of a responsible person within a legal person if the owner is a legal person

copy of an extract from the land registry or from the book of deposited contracts

a use document or a legalisation document for the residential property (use permit or decision on the as-built state)

photo-documentation (specific photographs of the building and the residential property) which proves the residential property is fit for use (a photograph of the exterior of the property showing the entire property, a photograph of the entrance to the property (entrance to the building/apartment, entrance to the house), photographs of all rooms inside the property showing all parts of the property)

bill for the common reserve fund for the month preceding the application to the public call, if the residential property is subject to such payment

proof that the residential property has not been used for at least two years (bills or statements showing the consumption of energy and water).
