Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets On 22 July 2020, a new Act on the Structure and Jurisdiction of State Administration Bodies was passed, which establishes state administration bodies and determines their scope of activity. As of the entry into force of this Act, the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning shall continue its activities as the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets. The scope of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets is laid down in Article 18 of the Act.
