Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets ​ On 22 July 2020, a new Act on the Structure and Jurisdiction of State Administration Bodies was passed, which establishes state administration bodies and determines their scope of activity. As of the entry into force of this Act, the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning shall continue its activities as the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets. The scope of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets is laid down in Article 18 of the Act. Decision on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development loanAt today's government session, the Decision has been adopted on opening the procedure for stipulation of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Croatia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Earthquake Recovery and Strengthening Response to COVID-19 Project.
