What is Product Contact Point for Construction?

 Each EU Member State has established a Product Contact Point for Construction (PCPC).
 
The Product Contact Point for Construction in the Republic of Croatia has been established within the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets.
 

How does the Product Contact Point for Construction work?

At the request of an economic operator or a competent authority from another Member State, the Product Contact Point for Construction provides, free of charge, all useful information on national rules and regulations in the field of construction products in the harmonised area and in the non-harmonised area.
 
The Product Contact Point for Construction shall reply within 15 working days of receiving the inquiry.
 
Queries concerning construction products may be sent by e-mail. You may also contact the Directorate for Construction for questions concerning construction products, on Wednesdays between 12.00 and 16.00, at: + 385 1 3782 169.
 
For enquiries concerning other products, please contact the Product Contact Point of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, which also established the EU Internal Market Centre, in order to enable citizens, businesses and institutions to navigate more quickly and easily in the European Union’s internal market.
